The cafeteria annex is at the very back of the Goins Administration building. If you enter the building from the door in front of parking lot V1 (marked in green), you go straight back, through a little atrium, through the cafeteria toward the back left of the atrium, and all the way through to the room in the back left of the cafeteria. Parking in lots V1 or O1 on the weekends seems acceptable, and both are convenient to the building.
